Wonderful customer service and engagement from the moment you enter the lobby. (Thanks, Connie and Soonja!) Rooms were clean and quiet; the kids loved hanging out in the indoor pool; snacks and drinks in the lobby were convenient for a quick treat. We loved the proximity to the Link light rail station (~5 min. walk). This location is so much more affordable than downtown-area hotels, and the light rail made getting around town a breeze. Highly recommend, and I look forward to staying again!
I live in Central Washington but I've been staying in Seattle two days per week for work for the last several months. This is a lovely, clean, peaceful hotel and I enjoy my stay every time. Everyone behind the desk is pleasant and accommodating. I've dealt with Connie and Nancy the most and they are both always so nice and helpful. The gym facilities are clean and well maintained, and the hot breakfast is great with tons of options. The staff has my gratitude for all they do to make staying there such a comfortable experience!
First of all, the staff is great. Friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and everyone seems to take great pride in keeping it tidy and neat.
Rooms are adequate. Ours was a longer than normal stay and the only shortcoming was we could have used more storage.
The daily breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! Again - clean and welcoming. The location is convenient to the light rail and yet quiet.

This is a great place to stay on the north side of Seattle. The building is in great shape and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The parking garage is excellent and comes with free chargers. I do have two chief complaints, one of which being the limitations of the thermostat. The coolest the Rumm can get is 67 and at night I prefer to sleep with something cooler than that so I was very hot. The second thing is that I believe the mattress is very old. I noticed that on the right side, there was a huge indent where a person would lay and then the rest of the mattress was extremely high up this made for an uncomfortable night sleep, but other than that it was a great place.
We have stayed here before and try to stay here any time we come to Seattle, due to the location near the train which runs directly to downtown. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, and in very good condition. The staff are wonderful. The price is usually quite reasonable especially since a very good breakfast is included.
Friendly front staff, great rooms, superb location... especially if you are using public transit to get around! Don't expect daily room service from housekeeping, but they are responsive to your needs and requests, otherwise. Breakfast is available from 6-10 AM and included with your stay, and it isn't bad, but is rather formula; just don't have mimosa and caviar expectations and you'll be okay.
